Elliott Wins Design & Build Contract
Elliott has recently won contracts to supply fast food restaurants to McDonalds nationwide and a £10m design and build contract to provide additional accommodation at Kings College Hospital, London.
These key wins clearly demonstrate the market's continuing confidence in the business following the recent re-engineering of its operations that has included a significant investment in its assembly and refurbishment centre in Cannock, Staffordshire and the adoption of the established and effective 'Regional Hub and Spokes' network model across its temporary accommodation business.
The implementation of this new operations structure enables Elliott to have in position strategically located depots nationwide that provide an efficient and fast local delivery service to its customers, coupled with regionally centralized operations centres to ensure that the customer and excellent customer service remain at the forefront of the business. The effects of the restructure of its Depot network has seen Elliott experience a resurge in business with its Heathrow Depot recently recording its highest ever number of weekly deliveries since it opened its doors 3 years ago.
Elliott Managing Director, Bertrand Quenot, said: "The re-engineering of the Elliott business has shown immediate positive results and we are now in a better position for growth in new and existing markets. We continue to put our customers first and have implemented an on-going customer service programme across all areas of Elliott to ensure we continually improve our service and delivery. As a result we have seen some major contract awards and impressive trading in both our temporary accommodation operation and Off Site Solutions offerings."
