LanTen Supplies Heat Meters To Property Services Company
LanTen Metering Services have announced that they recently completed a second order for the supply of HeatPlus ™ Heat Meters to a London-based Property Services Company.
The order comes in the light of the developers rapidly expanding portfolio, with LANTEN now supplying metering and billing services to eight of the company's developments.
Mr Robin Elshout, MD of the Midlands based Energy Management Company said: "The latest feedback from our client, who first came to realise the benefits of HeatPlus ™ pre-payment metering in 2012, is that the solution has helped them to achieve significant time and cost benefits for HMO (Houses with Multiple Occupancy) as fast track conversions can be completed without involving utility companies.
"Clearly, these are exciting times for LanTen. Over the past two years HeatPlus ™ has become the focus for Property Developers and Landlords of Community Housing Programmes, where there is a requirement to source a competitively priced, reliable and simple to use energy management and billing system.
"With our core market in the Community Energy Sector, we anticipate demand for the HeatPlus ™ solution to continue to grow in 2014, thus securing our position as a market leader in the UK Heat Meter marketplace."
