Artez, the Bolton-based construction company has added three new members to its team.
The expansion of the business follows a successful 2013 for the company having turned over £2m last year. Further work will see this turnover double in 2014, Artez has said.
The first new appointment to the team is Lisa Dash. She has joined Artez from regeneration company Urban Splash and will take up the role of accounts manager. Ms Dash will be responsible for leading the finance team at the company and will be based at Artez's head office.
Bill Cowen has been appointed as project manager. With more than 20 years experience as a construction manager, Mr Cowan is currently working on a number of key projects in Bolton, but has been brought in to lead the deliver of Artez's largest contract to date. This contract is due to begin this month.
Lastly, Fred Lundstrum is a qualified site supervisor with decades of experience working as a joiner and more recently a site manager/finishing foreman.
Artez was established in 2010 by Mike Banton to provide the market with a holistic construction service that caters for all aspects of a project. The firm has enjoyed a successful three-year trading history offering that service to clients around the UK. It is currently working on projects both locally and around the UK.
Mr Banton said: "Last year proved that Artez is now a major player in the regional construction market and our growing team supports the level of business that we are involved in. We are delighted to welcome Lisa, Billy and Fred who I know will both play an important role in the future growth of the business."
