Funding For Long Jump Runways Announced
Many schools in the UK are looking to promote healthy lifestyles for their students by improving the sports facilities that they have available.
However these projects can be costly and a lot of schools struggle to find the budget to have a new sports surface installed. Soft Surfaces Ltd are offering financial help to build long jump runway facilities through a scheme that helps schools apply for funding from various organisations, such as Sport England and Awards For All.
These organisations have set aside money to put into sport surface construction projects which help kids to get involved in sport, as well as bringing communities together. All the school has to do is place an order for the free long jump surface installation and Soft Surfaces Ltd will offer guidance through the whole process, from applying for funding to installing your brand new athletics facility. If the funding application is unsuccessful, the project will not go ahead and the school will not have to pay anything.
For the school to be approved for funding, it has to be clear that the long jump runway installation project will benefit the whole community and highlight the importance of healthy lifestyles and exercise for kids. Making the new long jump athletics facility available for use by the public once it has been installed will improve the chances of being successful with the funding application.
