Nine Suppliers Win 20 Framework Agreements

Nine suppliers have scooped 20 framework agreements with Network Rail worth a combined £1.6 billion.

The frameworks cover an extensive programme of enhancements and renewals to the London North Western and East Midlands routes over the next five years.


The awarded suppliers are: Amalgamated Construction Limited, Amey, Buckingham Group Contracting Limited, Carillion Construction Limited, J Murphy & Sons Limited, Miller Construction (UK) Limited, Skanska Construction UK Limited, Story Contracting Limited and VolkerRail Limited.

The work delivered under the frameworks represents a significant portion of the £38bn Network Rail will invest over the next five years on running, maintaining and improving Britain's railway.
