Laing O'Rourke Appoints New Middle East MD
Laing O'Rourke has appointed a new Managing Director of the firm's business activities in the Middle East.
Mark Andrews will have lead responsibility for driving the development and delivery of the firms growth strategy in the region, with particular focus on core markets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Mr Andrews joins the company from Arabtec Holding, where he was Chief Operating Officer. With a career spanning over 34 years, he graduated in civil engineering from Imperial College London in 1980, and joined Chicago Bridge and Iron Company, where he spent nine years in a variety of senior project delivery roles, many based in the Middle East.
