New Centre For Chesterfield College

A new construction centre for Chesterfield College is to be developed by Henry Boot Construction.

The 2,000m2 construction and fit-out of the new East Block 1 facility includes new teaching and workshop space to house the College's carpentry, joinery, painting and decoration departments.

The project, to be built by the firms Eastern division, will achieve BREEAM excellent and will include photovoltaic panels on the roof, cycle shelters, landscaping and energy saving equipment.

The scheme is to be complete by 20 July 2015.
