Lakesmere Opens New Facility In Winchester
The Lakesmere Group has opened a new metal fabrication manufacturing facility in Winchester.
Operating from its new Innovation Technology Centre, Lakesmere will produce a range of roofing and cladding sheets in addition to fabrications, gutters and panels for use on a number of its own contracts across the UK. The firm is currently manufacturing a range of products to support its design and installation work on the roofing element of the redevelopment of the Olympic Stadium and Tribeca Square, a new 23-storey residential development in the Elephant & Castle area of London.
The company is also investingin the local recruitment of both skilled operatives and apprentices to work within the new metal fabrication production facility.
