Fronius Announces Open House Event
Fronius UK has announced its 'Open House' event at its Technology Centre in Milton Keynes will take place this year on 15 April. The company, a subsidiary of Fronius International GmbH, officially opened its first facility in the UK in 2012.
"The Fronius UK Open House will provide engineers with a fantastic opportunity to explore the technologies and processes designed to increase weld quality whilst enabling faster welding speeds and absolute arc stability," a statement said. "Fronius application engineers will be on hand to answer any technical questions and provide demonstrations on a wide range of products."
New technological advances appearing at the show include last year's launch of the world's first cordless MMA and TIG welding machine with integrated lithium-ion rechargeable battery and the new intelligent TPS/I MIG/MAG welding platform.
The day will involve a range of demos and product presentations from technical specialists in the industry, including additional special guest speakers from Airproducts and Bohler.
