Morgan Sindall Marks Final Stage Of £10m Scheme

Morgan Sindall has marked the final stage of a £10 million student accommodation project by hosting a topping out ceremony.

The design and build development is being delivered for Alumno Developments on behalf of the Norwich University of Arts.

The scheme includes the construction of a nine-storey building next to Norwich Bus Station, along with the refurbishment and renovation of the adjacent 50 All Saints Green building.

David Campbell, Managing Director of Alumno Developments, said: "Alumno is delighted to be working in partnership with Norwich University of the Arts and Morgan Sindall, in delivering this significant and major new development in the city."

Morgan Sindall Area Director, Gavin Napper, said: "It’s great to be joining Alumno, our guests and our project team to mark this key milestone in the construction of this significant development. We look forward to delivering a great building in time for the start of the academic year."

The scheme is set to achieve a Very Good rating from BREEAM and is scheduled to open in September.
