A1 Football Factory Opens In Yorkshire
A1 Football factory is Yorkshire's newest provider of indoor, five-a-side, 3G surfaces in its new 52,000 square foot facility.
Co-owned by Republic of Ireland international Paul Green, the specification was to have a facility with the latest development in synthetic grass, with the ability to host five-a-side plus touch rugby games and take usage from 10am til 11pm, seven days a week.
The site is a disused warehouse in Knottingley and Mr Green was able to source a West Yorkshire manufacturer of 3G synthetic grass.
Playrite's Conqueror 60F was used to complement the design of four self contained pitches. This hard-wearing and robust product is ideal for use in a heavily utilised space.
Conqueror 60 offers extra comfort and improved playing performance, with its sand and rubber infill. Meeting FIFA one star equivalent IATS performance standard and EN15330 part one, this surface has been the ideal choice for this new venture.
