As part of the continual training and development of its staff, four of Olympic's technicians plus its head surveyor and managing director, Adrian Dawson, attended a wall tie training course run by PAM ties at the new Property Care training center in Cambridge.

The training center is fully equipped to provide training on all aspects covered by the Property Care Association, from damp/water proofing to structural related defects, with fully equipped training rooms for both theoretical and practical sessions.


The course covers both the theory side of wall tie installation, which is covered within documents BRE digest 329 installing wall ties in existing construction & BRE Digest 401 replacing wall ties .

The excellent facilities at the PCA training center allows hands on and classroom training to be undertaken from apprentice to time served technicians, to both learn and maintain their skills.
