The project will provide around 600 construction jobs, including 35 apprenticeships and work placements.
The 'Your New Town Hall' project is part of a drive to transform civic facilities and buildings in central Brixton and reduce Lambeth's core office buildings from 14 to two.

The plans will deliver a new civic office and customer service centre for Lambeth, as well as regenerating the current town hall and surrounding properties to provide new civic and community spaces. They will also provide 194 much-needed new homes for the borough.
It is anticipated the work can commence later this year.
