Wates To Deliver £34m Care Home Schemes

Wates Construction has been appointed by Signature Senior Lifestyle to deliver two new luxury care developments in Berkshire and Surrey.
Both schemes are valued at £34m and have been designed by PRP architects.
The new £16m Sunninghall development is to be built in Berkshire, comprising on 96 bedrooms and including exterior landscaping.
The second £18m scheme in Camberley, Surrey, involves the demolition of a four-storey office building.
A 92-bedroom four-storey care home will be built in its place.
Work is due to begin on the projects next month with a completion date planned for April 2017.
The contract award follows Wates' completion of Signature's Bentley House development in Hertford.
