Mott MacDonald Appoints New MD Of North East Asia Business

Mott MacDonald has appointed Gary Bacon as MD of its business in north east Asia.

As a chartered quantity surveyor with over 26 year's experience in the industry, Mr Bacon joined Mott MacDonald in 2007.

Recently, he was manager of the company's advisory and management services business in Europe.

In addition, he acted as manager of Mott MacDonald's Russia and northern Europe operations, as well as acting as the company's country representative for Russia.

Speaking on his new role, Mr Bacon said: "It is time to take Mott MacDonald to the next level in north east Asia. While we already have a very strong presence in the region we can further strengthen this by creating synergies across our business and the sectors we operate in."
