Pick Everard Appoints New Head Of Project Management In Wales
Property consultancy Pick Everard has appointed Mike Petersen as its regional head of project management in Wales and the South West.
With numerous years of experience delivering residential, hotel and retail projects, Mr Petersen will be based at the consultancy's Welsh office in Cardiff.
Previous projects included a new temporary Marks & Spencer store in the wake of the 1996 Manchester bomb.
In addition, he has worked at a number of companies, ranging from international multi-million pound business' to small regional firms.
He also played a key role in delivering landmark projects for the University of South Wales and Swansea University, as well as helping to introduce economies and efficiencies to European construction procurement and methodology at Marks & Spencer.
Speaking on his new role, Mr Petersen said: "Pick Everard is well respected in the industry by its clients, delivery partners and its competitors. The idea of a multi-discipline organisation was also attractive to me in terms of its challenges and benefits and I am looking forward to helping to grow and establish Pick Everard's project management offering, particularly in Wales."
