Our students benefit from the University's worldwide profile and a number of renowned centres of excellence. The London campus is currently offering the following construction-focused programmes:

• MSc Construction Management (CM)

• MSc International Project Management (IPM)

These one year courses provide a wealth of skills development that is proven and has been successfully delivered at GCU for a number of years. The programmes are particularly suited to those who are currently working in the construction industry or in project management from client organisations, through consultants to suppliers. Although we do have a strong emphasis in the construction industry, the knowledge gained can be transferred to other sectors.

These programmes would be suited to you if:

• You are currently working in a non-construction sector but would like to enter the construction industry by gaining knowledge through a conversion course

• You are working in the construction industry but are from a non-construction background and would like to improve their knowledge whilst working

• You already have a construction related first degree and who would like to develop your management skills.

It is also highly relevant for those aiming to gain a more senior role who may have a lower level of academic qualifications but who may have a good level of relevant experience.

Our programmes are highly relevant for those wishing to enhance their career in project management both in the UK and internationally given the fact that we are accredited by four internationally recognised professional bodies. This allows our graduates to progress directly to the assessment of professional competence for the following: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Association of Project Management (APM), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Global Accreditation Center of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
