Decorean Scoops £27m Contract
Decorean has won a £27 million contract to build a new residential development in Hampshire.
The company will build 107 new apartments at Bartley Wood Business Park in Hook.
The development, which represents one of the UK's largest office to residential projects to date, will see the 84,000 sq ft business park converted from its existing commercial usage.
Each unit will be set over three floors and include oversized windows and high ceilings.
Shraga Stern, MD of Decorean, said: "The apartments will be built to the company's usual high and exacting standard, exemplifying our dedication to perfection.
"The location of this site is particularly exciting for us with London being less than an hour away by train, making it a desirable commuter location.
"We are committed to creating high quality, affordable housing and proud of this development."
