Wates has appointed James Willis as its Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Midlands.

With over 20 years' experience in the industry, Mr Willis will be responsible for improving the company's client base and expanding business operations in the East Midlands.

Previously, he worked at NG Bailey and began his career as a Mechanical Engineer.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Willis said: "As a contractor, Wates offers unrivalled levels of professionalism and expertise. My new role will see me build on this well-earned reputation, whilst enabling me to spearhead the pursuit of the many opportunities available across the region."
