Yorkshire Water To Begin Emergency Repairs Near Bradford
Yorkshire Water is due to begin repairing a water main near Bradford later today, 24 June.
Contractors will carry out essential repairs on Chain Bar roundabout at junction 26 of the M62 from 8pm tonight until 6am on Tuesday, 28 June.
Project Manager Esref Ulas said: "We understand that this work is going to cause some significant congestion at this busy junction in particular on Monday but it is essential Yorkshire Water fixes the water main to avoid any significant damage to the road surface."
Den Tansey of Yorkshire Water added: "We appreciate that motorists will be affected and will ensure the repair is completed as quickly as possible."
