Severfield Secures Six Contracts Worth £72m

Severfield has secured a raft of new contracts worth £72 million, including a steel package on the 22 Bishopsgate project in London.

The group will support main contractor Multiplex by providing superstructure structural steelwork and metal decking for the 1.4 million sq ft scheme.

The five other contract wins include:

• A commercial office development in the Midlands

• Two distribution centres in the South East

• A research and development complex in Manchester

• An extension to a retail complex in London.

The 62-storey 22 Bishopsgate project was acquired in 2015 by AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets. It is estimated to be completed in 2019.
