Countryside has been appointed to build over 380 new homes in southeast London.
The company will deliver 384 apartments across eight blocks in Bromley town centre.
Designed by Stitch Architects, the Churchill Gardens scheme will be built adjacent to the existing Church House Gardens.

New, enhanced community facilities will also be developed, including a new replacement town church, totalling over 730 square metres. The community space will be located on the ground floor with active frontages to Ethelbert Road, Churchill Way and the new promenade.
Bromley Council Leader, Stephen Carr, said: "This is a key site in our town centre and we are pleased to have appointed Countryside to deliver a long lasting legacy at Churchill Gardens, Bromley.
