Ardmac Wins Fit-Out Contract On £400m Kirkstall Forge Scheme
Ardmac has won a contract to fit-out office space at the £400 million Kirkstall Forge scheme in Leeds.
The contractor will work across four floors totalling 60,000 sq ft at Number One Kirkstall Forge for Zenith Vehicle Contracts.
Features include incorporating the installation of high quality bespoke joinery, custom made lighting, feature flooring and ceilings and the development of a roof level meeting room suite.
Ardmac will work alongside Project Managers, Fox Lloyd Jones, Architects, SpaceInvader and Mechanical & Electrical Consultants BSAP on the scheme.
The overall £400m development will consist of 1,050 homes, 300,000 sq ft of offices and 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community space once completed.
