Work On Liverpool Office Space Refurb Complete
Work on an office space refurbishment project in Liverpool is now complete.
The scheme on the sixth floor at BT Lancaster House was delivered by SPIE UK.
The eight-week project, which included fabric, mechanical & electrical and fire alarm works, has transformed the space to include 76 workstations, meeting/training rooms and staff welfare space.
Gary Wingrove, Property and Construction Director at BT Property and Facilities Services, said: "SPIE has delivered the challenging contract to a high standard, helping BT Facilities Services meet all the contract objectives."
Steve Gibbs, Facilities Services Managing Director at SPIE UK, added: "We're delighted to have been chosen by BT for another prestigious contract at BT Lancaster House, and recognise the importance of this work in improving and developing the 6th floor office space.
"We're proud of the quality of these works as well as our ability to meet the tight timescales involved. We look forward to working together on future refurbishment schemes in this building and elsewhere."
