Robertson FM Secures New Deal With DONG Energy
Robertson Facilities Management (FM) has secured a new contract with DONG Energy to support its offshore wind farm operations and maintenance (O&M) base in King's Wharf, Birkenhead.
The one-year deal will see Robertson FM deliver a combination of hard and soft FM services to DONG Energy's operations base.
Services include planned and reactive maintenance, property and building maintenance, minor works and project management, window cleaning and other specialist services.
The operations base was built earlier this year by Robertson North West to service the Burbo Bank and Burbo Bank Extension offshore windfarms. Both sites generated enough electricity to power more than 310,000 homes per year.
Ian Gibson, Managing Director for Robertson FM, said: "We are delighted to be providing a breadth of FM services to DONG Energy and I'm confident our experienced team will become an integral addition to the site at King's Wharf.
"Robertson Group has a growing presence in the North West and is committed to delivering exceptional standards across its diverse customer base while having a positive impact on local communities. For the facilities management business, this is an indication of our ongoing dedication to our workforce and our North West operations."
