Miller Homes Southern Appoints New Regional Operations Director
Miller Homes Southern has strengthened its senior team by appointing Tracey Forbes-Taylor as its new Regional Operations Director.
Ms Forbes-Taylor, who was previously the firm’s regional sales director for four years, will oversee the southern region with developments across Hampshire, West Sussex, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The appointment has been made as the company aims to bring more than 500 new homes to the region per year.
Recently, Miller Homes Southern announced that it was well on course to meet its target of building over 400 homes in the region by the end of 2017.
Work has already started on a number of new developments, including Anstey Gardens in Alton, Hampshire, Woodlands in Bloxham, Oxfordshire and Mulberry Fields in Southwater, West Sussex. Other developments due to launch are The Beeches in Bracklesham Bay close to Chichester and two more in Oxfordshire, Weavers Fields in Bloxham and Winterbrook Park near Wallingford.
Speaking on her appointment, Ms Forbes-Taylor said: "We are pleased to be bringing more good quality homes to this part of the UK where demand for housing is high, especially among first-time buyers and families. Having gained substantial experience in the sales and marketing side of the business, I was ready to broaden my skills with a rewarding new challenge.
"One of my top priorities is growing the Miller Homes brand in the south of England, further cementing its reputation for high quality homes. More than anything, I want buyers to aspire to own one of our homes and for them to feel a tremendous sense of pride when they recieve the keys."
