Kier has been selected to build a new UK headquarters (HQ) and support centre for vehicle manufacturer Scania.
The new facilities will be built at Scania's existing Milton Keynes site and work is due to complete next summer.
Proposals include adding a new 54,754 sq ft, three-story HQ to the site's a t-shaped office facilities building and car park, along with a 4,718 sq ft facilities building.
The new HQ will feature a steel-framed structure with composite metal deck upper floor and roof. Internally, the building is mostly open plan, with dedicated meeting and conference rooms, and the three-storey open atrium will include a feature staircase.
Once the new buildings are developed, Kier will start demolishing existing facilities space.
