The deal will provide GRS access to a number of key strategic locations in the capital for the import and export of bulk materials. In addition, Walsh will be able to access GRS's national network of customers, supply partners and facilities for construction waste.
The acquisition takes the total number of GRS employees to more than 800. Both businesses will operate more than 50 sites, with over 20 million tonnes of construction aggregate and other materials being handled each year.

Acquiring Walsh expands the GRS portfolio with a market-leading range of joined-up services and sustainable solutions for the construction industry.
