North Midland Construction (NM Group) has teamed up with developer Earl and Pelham Ltd to deliver a series of residential developments in the East Midlands.
The joint venture's (JV) first project is already underway and will see 10 four-bedroom homes developed at Enderleigh Mews in Nottingham.
Andy Churchill, Managing Director of Earl and Pelham, said: "This step for us to work alongside North Midland Construction is the best possible start to 2018. The joint venture partnership will bring high quality bespoke developments to Nottingham and the wider area.
"The East Midlands is full of fantastic property opportunities and we're delighted to have North Midland Construction working alongside us. Their expertise of construction is extensive and they have a very experienced and passionate team to deliver our project."
Nick Banks, NM Group operations director for the building division, said: "As a Nottinghamshire-headquartered company, it was a clear fit for us to invest in this regeneration project, which will see our team lead the construction of this unique residential development. It marks the start of our partnership with the Earl and Pelham team - the first strategic partnership of its kind for our building division."
