Keepmoat Unveils New South West Land & Partnerships Director
Keepmoat Homes has appointed Dan Haines as its new Land & Partnerships Director in the South West.
Having working in real estate for more than 13 years, Mr Haines has experience in land acquisition, planning, open market sale and the Private Rented Sector.
He joins Keepmoat from Sovereign Housing Association, where he was the Commercial Development Director.
Mr Haines' appointment comes as the company plans to deliver 400 new homes in the South West each year over the next five years.
Speaking on his new role, Mr Haines said: "It's a really exciting time in the wider housing market, so a great time to be joining Keepmoat Homes.
"There is a pressing need in the South West for high quality homes that people can afford, especially for first-time buyers. I was drawn to Keepmoat Homes because it has a different approach to other homebuilders and focuses on forming long-term partnerships to release and transform unused brownfield land."
Ben Cook, Regional Managing Director of Keepmoat Homes in the South West, said: "I am delighted that Dan has joined our expanding team. His wide range of experience will ensure we continue to grow the South West division and follow the success of Keepmoat's other regional divisions in the South and across the UK."
