Up to 1,400 new homes are to be built in Horton Heath, Eastleigh.
Galliford Try Partnerships has been appointed by Eastleigh Borough Council to act as project manager on the scheme over the next four years.
The council recently acquired land which is bordered by Burnetts Lane, Allington Lane, and Chalcroft Business Park that already has outline planning permission for 1,400 new homes.
As project manager, Galliford Try Partnerships will act in the master developer role and provide the planning services necessary to bring the site forward while acting as project manager for the construction of key elements of the infrastructure works.
