BAM Confirmed As Kings Cross Central Contractor
BAM has been confirmed as the contractor working with developer Argent to deliver a new office building at King's Cross in London.
Initial works are already underway on the 12-storey Kings Cross Central development, which is so large that it will have its own post code (N1C) along with a new building currently known as S1.
The concept design is by Mossession and the delivery architect is Weedon. Once completed, the office will have retail space on the ground floor level and will resemble the newly created building alongside it, known as S2, with each building having an 'interlocking' appearance.
Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020.
