UK architecture firm HLM has restructured its Board and made five key appointments in a bid to boost future growth.
Chris Liddle will take up the role of Chairman at Covalent, the group company of which HLM is a part, while Karen Mosley becomes Managing Director at the firm. Richard O'Neil will takeover as Chairman of HLM from Mr Liddle.
Elsewhere, current directors Nick Beecroft, David Cafferty, Mark Staniland, John Clarke and Chris Liddle will be joined on the Board by new Directors Jamie Wilson, Mick Scherdel, Jeremy Pickard, Lorraine Robertson and Simon Bell.
Mr O'Neil said: "The five new Directors we have appointed have been part of an Executive Development programme running for over 18 months, which means they join our board in full readiness to take on their new role. They have great energy and are now perfectly placed to make further positive contributions to our direction and performance.
"They are also, importantly, based across our different studios and so will continue to reinforce our one team culture as well as our drive for excellence in all our service areas, from architecture and interiors to landscape architecture and urban design.
"We're excited about the future, building on our great heritage. Our new structure improves our positional strength to maximise business growth as we move forward."
