The AJC EasyCabin sales team have travelled back 'South of the Border' in great spirts having just returned from a most successful Scot Plant Exhibition.
The company took the opportunity to display examples from their burgeoning line of innovative and environmentally biased site temporary accommodation units. Visitors to the AJC EasyCabin stand were invited to closely inspect all the eco-features and benefits of the EasyCabin range.
Lisa Gillett, AJC's sales director explained: "We were delighted to receive so many visitors over the two days. We had a great mixture of returning customers and others who were not yet familiar with the complete EasyCabin range. All seemed to be impressed with our new designs and with the environmental features we have built into our products. All in all a great two days!."
Nixon Hire, one of the UK's largest and leading site equipment providers, also starred at the exhibition showcasing a brand new unit, manufactured by AJC EasyCabin. Entitled the Snooze Pod, the Nixon Hire team was delighted with the positive comments they received from the innovative temporary sleeping unit.
The Snooze Pod is one of a number of new units descending from the AJC EasyCabin production line. The living area comprises of 2 to 4 beds with reading lights, shelving, cupboards and a spacious wardrobe. Heating is via a 1.0kw plinth heater and lighting from energy saving LED lamps. Full kitchen facilities include: Sink, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob, extractor and refrigerator. AJC EasyCabin's unique Ecosmart technology is built in to the Exclusive Sleeper 20 as standard. The Ecosmart system regulates the power usage of the generator, significantly reducing fuel consumption when compared to a standard unit with a continually running generator.
Scot Plant is Scotland's largest construction equipment trade show. This year it had over 150 exhibitors including some of the biggest names in the industry. With global brands, old favourites, new faces and local firms the show brings together the best machinery providers to plant industry in one open air exhibition. This 2-day event at the Royal Highland Centre near Edinburgh featured product launches, competitions and machine debuts.
Luton based, AJC EasyCabin has recently been awarded a Green Apple Environment Award in an international campaign to find the greenest companies, councils and communities. AJC competed against more than 500 other nominations in the Green Apple Awards for Environmental Best Practice and were presented with a trophy and certificate at an award presentation ceremony in the Houses of Parliament, London.
