The True Cost Of Home Renovations Put To The Test
Linda Barker presents ITV television's new series The Home Game, which tests the true value of a homeowners property after adding an outbuilding.
In this series, the owners of a classic car wanted to build a large timber oak framed garage by The Classic Barn Company at their home and the show takes a look to see if it adds value to their country house on the border of Yorkshire.
Linda Barker walks you through the process of construction and its associated costs, whilst showcasing the Classic Barn timber frame features in and around the garage. Taking a look at the process from start to finish, from ground works through to frame construction and then finally the roofing. An estate agent then re-values the house including its new timber garage.
This particular timber frame garage was filmed in Gringley on the Hill, Doncaster, UK and features The Classic Barn Companies new Extra-wide range, crafted from oak in a traditional construction which is ideal for classic car owners.
