Nearly 200 new apartments are to be built overlooking the historic Chatham Docks in London.

Forrest has been appointed as main contractor to deliver the £57 million X1 Chatham Waters scheme, a 199-luxury apartment project which forms part of a wider £650m masterplan by Peel Land and Property.

Designed by DK-Architects, features will include three-bedroom penthouse apartments with large wrap around balconies, dual aspect garden terrace apartments with private green spaces, three-bedroom apartments with , and one and two-bedroom apartments will include exceptionally large glazed balconies.


In addition, residents will have access to a large private gym, a double-height concierge atrium, an exclusive private residents’ courtyard garden overlooking the docks and secure internal private car parking.

Forrest has previously completed X1 Eastbank in 2016 and is currently nearing completion on X1 The Plaza and X1 The Gateway, and on site with X1 The Landmark.
