Vista Engineering Expands Product Range With BPC Acquisition
Vista Engineering has acquired steel construction connectors manufacturer BPC Building Products.
The acquisition supports Vista's efforts to expand its product range and enhance its position in the UK market.
"There is a tremendous amount of synergy between BPC and Vista, and bringing the two companies closer together will generate additional benefits for both sets of customers," explained BPC Managing Director, Gareth Simister.
"This is great news for customers of both businesses. The acquisition will allow access to a wider range of products together with improved technical support and customer service levels."
