Redrow Claims Gold At BESMA Awards 2018
UK housebuilder Redrow has scooped two awards at The Institute of Sales Management's prestigious BESMA Awards 2018.
Online members area My Redrow secured the award for 'Innovation in Sales', while Sales Consultant Craig Watts was named CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Practitioner of the Year.
The awards, which took place on Friday, 26 October, celebrated the outstanding expertise, talent and achievements by those striving for sales excellence.
Dave Bexon, Group Sales and Marketing Director at Redrow, said: "As the nation becomes more digitally savvy, consumers' property purchasing habits are evolving as well. We understood years ago the need for an online portal that could provide buyers with important updates and information on their purchase 24/7 and so we've invested significantly in My Redrow to ensure it offers the best possible digital experience. We are therefore delighted to see it crowned as the best innovative product in sales at last week's BESMA awards."
Craig Watts, who was recently named Redrow's sales consultant of the year, secured a nomination for the BESMA award from an external company who were impressed by his dedication to his role. In the last three years, Craig, who is launching Redrow's first heritage development in the newly created East Midlands division, has won a raft of awards for his commitment to sales excellence.
Mr Bexon added: "Craig is one of the shining stars of our sales team and is a great example of someone who will go above and beyond to offer our customers and prospective buyers the best possible experience. Over the last year, Craig has been committed to developing a whole range of his skills, whether that be sales technique or presenting, by attending seminars, listening to audio books or even attending voice coaching lessons. His hard work has really paid off and this award is testament to that."
