Be Safe will be rolling out the Level 2 NVQ in Damage repair and resurfacing, aimed at the technicians who work in snagging and repairs, including laminate, wood, ceramic and stone repairs. The second NVQ to be rolled out is the City & Guilds Painting and Decorating and is aimed anyone within this sector, including domestic and commercial painters.

Once completed both NVQ's will allow the technician to apply for their Blue CSCS card, and shows what trade the technician is skilled in. In addition, if you are a CITB Levy payer then the NVQ could cost you as little as £200+VAT per person.
