The project was delivered by Faithful+Gould, Feilden Clegg Bradley, Galliford Try and Birmingham City University.

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They celebrate the achievements and successes of RICS professionals and their impact on local communities.

Mick Laws, Managing Director for Building Midlands and South, commented: "We are fast running out of ways to acknowledge what a fantastic project this has been! The RICS award is another richly-deserved accolade for what has been one of the most outstanding buildings delivered by Galliford Try in recent years. I can only congratulate the team once again for their success."
