Wates Construction Group Reshuffles Senior Management Team
Wates Construction Group has reshuffled its senior management team with several new changes and promotions.
Managing Director for Wates Residential, London, Mark Tant will assume the new role of MD, Wates Construction.
Current MD for Wates Residential North, Richard Stroll will take over Mark's former London role.
Mark joined Wates four years ago, and has been responsible for the development of Wates' private residential projects within the major regeneration areas of London. In his new role he will oversee the regional business units within the Construction Group.
Richard will report to Mark in his new position.
Regional business unit directors Paul Dodsworth and John Carlin have also secured promotions.
Paul Dodsworth will take on the new role of Regional Managing Director, Construction North. As well as overseeing both North East and North West regions, Paul's role will include responsibility for the Residential North business.
John Carlin is promoted to the role of Regional Managing Director for Construction Midlands, from his current position as Business Unit Director. The move reflects the growth of the region, with turnover heading towards £160 million for 2019.
Paul and John will also report to Mark Tant.
