Crest Nicholson To Develop Over 400 New Properties In Gloucester
Crest Nicholson has a acquired a iconic local site in Gloucester to develop 411 new homes.
The developer secured a 4.7-hectare site on the western bank of the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal to complete its £85 million development.
The Monks Meadow homes will comprise of 362 one and two-bedroom dock and canal side apartments along with 49 two and three-bedroom houses.
They will be open-plan, contemporary properties with high-specification fixtures and fittings as standard.
Externally, properties at The Waterfront will reflect the industrial and trading heritage of the site, reinterpreting it with red brick detailing and panelling.
Works at Gloucester Quays are scheduled to begin in November 2018, with the first homes available to move into in September 2019.
