Wates Living Space has joined a new Fusion21 framework as a supply partner.
The firm will join a host of other suppliers on Fusion21's Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework.
The new framework is designed to provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for housing associations and local authorities' reactive works and services.
David Morgan, Managing Director of Wates Living Space, said: "Our appointment to Fusion21's Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework is a huge testament to our shared vision to provide exceptional repairs and maintenance services for public sector clients across the UK. Investment in housing repairs and maintenance is an invaluable opportunity to positively impact local communities and we are committed to delivering this in close collaboration with Fusion21."
Peter Francis, Director of Operations at Fusion21, added: "Offering a comprehensive range of services from out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements to call handling services on a 24/7 or out-of-hours basis, this framework will bring a modern, dynamic solution for procuring responsive repairs and void arrangements.
"Fusion21 members will benefit from greater cost efficiencies in addition to being able to call off separate lots for contract spend below and over £1m per year."
