Caddick Construction is to transform York's former Hudson House into a new multi-million pound development.

The £35 million Hudson Quarter mixed-use development will include 127 apartments, 34,500 sq ft of Grade-A office space, 5,000 sq ft of other commercial uses and car parking located in four buildings around a landscaped garden. 

Owner Palace Capital plc selected Caddick to deliver the scheme, with site preparations scheduled to begin next week.

Sales on the luxury apartments in Hudson Quarter will be launched later this year.

The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2021.
