This Land™ Announces New High Profile Appointment

Cambridge-based developer This Land™ has announced a new high-profile appointment.

David Lewis is joining the company as Strategic Land Director, and will lead plans to build upon the firm's site development portfolio

He brings 20 years experience in strategic land and development to the new role, having previously held a leading role at Commercial Estates Group.

This Land™ Managing Director, David Gelling, commented: "The appointment of David Lewis is a real coup for This Land™. We are excited to embark on the ambitious expansion of our business, through a strategic programme of land acquisition and investment, so soon after our launch in the market place. David has the perfect skillset to help drive our regional expansion, which will include both residential sites and a variety of commercial asset classes. We welcome him to the team."

This Land™ has identified 11 regions across England and South Wales where it plans to establish strategic land teams, to be rolled out steadily over the next few years under David's direction.
