£700k Extension To Be Built On Worcestershire Nursing Home
Cameron Butcher is celebrating being selected as the principal care home construction contractor for a large extension to Severn Heights Nursing Home in Worcestershire.
This former country house set in six acres of landscaped gardens and with views over the Severn Valley will undergo a £700k addition creating 18 ensuite bedrooms, an office, a resident’s lounge, a coffee/lounge dining area, a staff room, a pamper room and additional toilets.
Created as a timber frame building, it will offer the latest design in both sound and heat transference ensuring each room maximises the peace and warmth its elderly residents would expect and deserve.
Sean Ryan, Site Manager for Cameron Butcher said: "This is a substantial addition to the existing nursing home with many challenges, but we have a very experienced group of tradespeople, and I know the Nursing Home Construction team are looking forward to getting the project underway.
Completion is expected for late summer 2019.
