Partitions have been around for some considerable time, are useful for creating new space inside an existing office, require no planning permission and are the best in terms of cost and practicality.
Companies use partitions to create new office space, storage areas, reception areas, meeting rooms and more.
A partition comes in different forms including frameless glass and aluminium, is versatile and can be relocated and moved entirely with ease. But what if a company wanted a bespoke partition? The option to powder-coat the partition frame in various RAL colours is a possibility, but what if a company wanted to go a step further with customising the look of their partition?
McKelvie-Gibbs has developed the Tap&Wrap™ system to enable our clients to create their perfect, bespoke office partition.
The Tap&Wrap™ system uses a robust and hard-wearing aluminium framed partition as its base, we then apply a long-lasting UV protected, textured film with our clients' design of choice onto the frame and they become locked using a special bonding substrate.
The system offers all kind of prints including wood which feature texture of the grain and looks like the real thing, carbon fibre with texture, metallic options and a range of solid colours.
One of the benefits of the Tap&Wrap™ system are the number of designs available to choose from (currently 800+ texture prints are available).
Installation is a breeze and our dedicated installation technicians can have the system installed and ready to use in a matter of hours. Our bespoke partitions have the same options as the standard range including the option to install integral blinds in the window cavities and fire rated enhancements.
