The team at AJC EasyCabin, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of sustainable temporary site accommodation units, are in buoyant mood following a very successful Executive Hire Show.
The company used the show to launch their brand new welfare unit powered by the combination of an emission free hydrogen gas powered fuel cell with an advanced solar power system.
The unit entitled the Eco Smart ZERO operates almost totally silent and emits only pure water vapour. The unit has been designed to have the same user friendly operation as the standard Ecosmart welfare units. The power to run the heating, sockets, kettle and microwave is delivered, instantly, from the on board battery bank. The batteries are constantly charged by the built-in hydrogen fuel cell and solar panels.
Lisa Gillet, AJC's sales director said: "We were overwhelmed by the interest he received in the Ecosmart ZERO, we had a continual stream of visitors on our stand throughout the two days. We have a long list of interested hire firms, who all want more information and a demonstration of the Ecosmart ZERO.
"We were given so many nice compliments about our innovation and forward-thinking. Our intention is to push hard against the boundaries of environmental and technological advancement and the Ecosmart ZERO will be our flagship product in this respect," added Lisa.
AJC EasyCabin engineers developed the Ecosmart ZERO in close collaboration with Intelligent Energy – a world leading fuel cell engineering company focused on delivering zero emission PEM fuel cell products to the automotive, UAV and stationary power markets.
Launched in 20017, the Executive Hire Show is a trade-only event open to hire executives throughout the UK, Ireland and beyond. Senior executives from the procurement and purchasing departments of the national hire operations attend the show, along with large numbers of independently-owned entrepreneurial hire outlets.
