VINCI's IT Team Celebrates Award Win
VINCI Construction's IT team has claimed a major prize at the recent Hornbill Insights 2019 event.
The department won Project of the Year Award for their delivery of Enterprise Service Management to IT and other Central Service Departments.
The Project of the Year Award is chosen by the judges and goes to the project that has used Hornbill to drive transformation, deliver efficiency improvement, address unique challenges, and make life at work better for everyone. It recognises the team that have truly put people at the heart of their service management strategy.
Praising the project, judges said: "This organisation has a clear Enterprise Service Management vision, which doesn't simply aim at deploying Hornbill Service Manager. They're making full use of several Hornbill apps, and extensive use of the functionality to innovate daily, which makes a real difference to their business.
"They believe in collaboration; they have embraced change and have become a stronger and better business. Across every department, this organisation strives to be the best, and to win."
VINCI's HR Admin Team were also finalists in the Business Service Desk Award for their implementation of Self Service and Service Manager.
The Hornbill Insights 2019 event was held on 19-20 June.
