Stepnell Strengthens South Coast Team
UK construction company Stepnell has welcomed a new addition to its south coast team.
Experienced industry professional Steve Higgins has joined the company as a new operations manager on the south coast.
In his new role he will manage all operational construction-based activity for the firm's offices in Southampton and Poole. Steve will also be working to gain and maintain strong client relationships, support site teams and contribute towards business development initiatives, particularly through innovation and technology.
Speaking about his new role, Steve said: "I'm really excited to be a part of the team for such a huge player in the construction world. Having the opportunity to work for an established family-run business that is constantly looking to improve and grow - not just in size but also in maturity - was too good to turn down."
Welcoming Steve to the company, Regional director Rob Speirs added: "We're really happy to have Steve on board. Following a successful year for Stepnell's south coast offices, it's great to be able to expand our team and welcome someone who truly fits in with the company ethos in terms of active development and progression.
"Both offices experienced high levels of revenue growth during their first year of operation so we're very excited for what the future holds – in terms of upcoming projects as well as innovation within the company."
